Arm Assembly

Arm production in progress... When we were almost at the finish line, we ran out of some parts so we have to take old prototypes apart to build new ones.

Tapping holes on 3D printed parts with guide because it is important to be vertical.

Assembled shoulder joint module on arm. It is important to align the teeth so the belt won't slip.

Bridges for securing and supporting shoulder joint module on arm.

A fully assembled right arm.

All done!
Soldering

Clip ring soldering.

Finished shoulder joints.

After successfully mounting the arm.

Creating different wires for the system.

All wires are custom made to the right length.
